Then we went in to see the ikebana exhibit. There were displays from many different 'schools' of ikebana.

And a walk through the festival grounds to a new restaurant for lunch. Evidently the owner used to work in the Clement Hotel Chinese restaurant and has now opened his own, much much less expensive, place in Shinmachi. It was delicious.
